📄 Virtual Paralegal & Legal Paperwork Support (Pro Se Assistance)
Legal situations are overwhelming — emotionally, financially, and procedurally. We support individuals who are representing themselves (Pro Se) or working with an attorney who needs supplemental help. Our virtual paralegal assistance includes guidance and document preparation for:

(We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. All clients representing themselves remain Pro Se.)
💼 Family Support & Case Management
Legal struggles often bring emotional, financial, and logistical stress. We help clients stay grounded and organized during the process, providing essential family support services that include:
- Court-preparation coaching
- Timelines, summaries & evidence organization
- Emotional support during litigation
- Resource referrals
- Coordination with therapists or other providers
⚖️ Attorney Referrals When Needed
While many clients can successfully navigate their cases with our support, some situations require licensed legal representation. When appropriate, we connect clients with trusted, reputable attorneys who:
- Specialize in family law, criminal matters, or civil cases
- Offer transparent communication
- Understand the need for trauma-informed, client-centered care
- Respect our collaborative approach
We only refer to attorneys who have demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to client wellbeing.
🌐 Why Our Services Are Different
We understand that legal issues and emotional wellbeing are deeply connected. Instead of sending people to separate places for paperwork, therapy, and conflict resolution, we provide an integrated approach that reduces stress, saves money, and supports the whole person. At ACC, we believe that:
- You deserve help without attorney price tags
- Your emotional health matters during legal conflict
- Families thrive when mental and legal support work together.
Say something interesting about your business.
After working in the legal field for over 20 years, I kept seeing the same three problems over and over again:
1️⃣ Most people simply cannot afford attorney price tags. Legal issues don’t just happen to people with thousands of dollars sitting around. Families going through divorce, custody disputes, or crises often need support right now — but traditional legal costs put that help out of reach.
2️⃣ No one talks about the mental health impact of going through legal situations. Behind every motion, hearing, and court order is a human being who is stressed, scared, overwhelmed, or grieving. The emotional toll of legal conflict is enormous — yet the system rarely acknowledges it. People are expected to “just handle it,” even while their life is falling apart.
3️⃣ There needs to be a bridge between legal support and mental health care.
For years, I watched clients bounce between attorneys, counselors, mediators, and paperwork — with no one offering a combined approach. Legal issues and emotional wellbeing go hand-in-hand, and people deserve family support services that recognize both sides of their experience.
🌟 That’s why Assurance Consulting & Counseling, LLC was created. A place where clients can receive compassionate emotional support and knowledgeable guidance through paperwork, mediation and conflict resolution, and family-focused legal processes — without the overwhelming costs of traditional representation.
We care because families deserve help that is accessible, human, and grounded in real-world understanding.
We care because no one should have to navigate the legal system alone.
We care because your mental health matters just as much as your legal outcome. Additionally, we offer virtual paralegal assistance to further support our clients.
Oklahoma Native | Paralegal Ninja | Future Forensic Psychologist | Brain Lover, Bad-Boyfriend Magnet
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Christina Mullins is a Jenks local with the energy of someone who runs on iced coffee and unfinished to-do lists. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Technology while playing soccer at the University of Oklahoma—because doing life on “easy mode” has never been her thing. She went on to complete her Master’s in Human Relations from OU and is currently working on her PhD in Forensic Psychology at New York University, studying the human mind—yet still managing to date men who prove science cannot explain everything.
Christina has spent over 15 years as a paralegal, drafting more legal documents than most attorneys want to admit. She’s also certified in neurofeedback therapy, which means she can literally retrain your brain… though she still can’t retrain hers when it comes to picking the wrong guys. Even neurology has its limits.
She is the proud owner of her 20-year-old son, Hunter, whom she won in her own divorce—no exchanges, no store credit, just unconditional love and a grocery bill that requires emotional support.
Christina once worked for a U.S. Congressman, and the experience left her permanently allergic to driving herself and pumping her own gas. Trauma manifests in many forms.
Her favorite cousin, Cody Rogers, remains her ride-or-die. She works with him through ACSI Construction, and is fully committed to making sure he wins his Oklahoma Senate seat back—by legal means only, of course… unless charm counts as manipulation.
Christina is also the co-owner of American Green Thumb (also known as AmeriGreen), a veteran-operated landscaping company she somehow ended up running with a really hot guy. The business began the way all great partnerships do — over Christmas baskets, which is romantic if you squint hard enough. Christina adores her business partner, mostly because he handles all things grass-related while she openly admits she knows absolutely nothing about plants. If it’s green, grows, or needs sunlight, she’s letting him take the lead. Meanwhile, she manages the business side, the charm, and the ability to pretend she knows the difference between turf and “the crunchy stuff that dies every summer.” Together, they make a shockingly effective team.
Christina also carries a deep love for the military. Her father, Stanley Sisney, was an Army veteran, and because of him, she holds a special place in her heart for service members, veterans, and their families. Supporting them isn’t just a job—it’s personal.
She is also the proud Owner of the nonprofit Progress for Patriots, supporting service members and veterans with mental health resources and community advocacy. Because if there’s one thing Christina excels at, it’s turning chaos into purpose.
And in her “spare time” (whatever that means), Christina is the co-host of The Tulsa Trauma Report, a podcast dedicated to the hilarious and horrifying realities of dating, life, and emotional chaos in Oklahoma. Catch her on TikTok at @tulsatraumareport, where trauma meets comedy and somehow… it works.
When she’s not juggling seven careers, three businesses, nonprofit work, a PhD program, and a podcast, Christina enjoys cooking, cleaning (yes, she actually likes it), laughing with her close-knit friend group, and hanging out with her dog Jade, who undeniably runs the household.
Smart, sarcastic, hardworking, and delightfully unfiltered—Christina Mullins is the perfect blend of intellect, humor, and “I’ve lived through enough chaos to help you through yours.”
